What is Escrow?

Welcome to Broker4domains.com's Escrow page.
In this section we offer the service of a brokerage

firm, providing you with a blanket of security in your business and personal transactions. The Escrow Services are part of our full brokerage capabilities.

Broker4domains.com is a neutral third party mediator between your party and the one on the other side of the transaction. Our escrow service provides both parties with a safety net when dealing with delicate issues such as funds and property transferring. The escrow process proceeds in three easy steps following the end of the auction.

Step 1:

Buyer sends funds

Step 2:

Seller transfers domain
a. Buyer: Sign & Fax forms
b. Seller: Sign, notarize & Mail forms
c. Registrar: Process transfer

Step 3:

Buyer notifies Broker4domains.com about domain name being released

Step 4:

Broker4domains.com releases funds to seller.

Broker4domains.com holds funds until both parties are satisfied that the terms of sale have been met. All transactions are to be made in US dollars. Both parties must sign all applicable paperwork before proceeding with the escrow service and all sales are final. Broker4domains.com guarantees a safe environment for the transaction of your domain property and funds. All information we collect pertaining to your case is private and considered confidential.
