Sell your domain

To sell your domain you can either list it for direct

sale or place it in auction. To do so you must first upload your domain name. This can be done in four simple steps.

  1. Enter your domain name. Only enter domains one at a time.
  2. Select a category for your domain name to be listed under. (This feature is used when potential buyers are searching for a type of domain name by categories such as recreation or business)
  3. Check off if the site is developed or not. Answering yes means that your site is developed and is currently generating significant traffic.
  4. Choose whether you would like to list your domain name for direct sale or place it in an auction. If you choose to list your domain name for direct sale, remember to enter an asking price. Otherwise, the default heading becomes "make an offer."

If you place your domain name in an auction, you have two types of auctions to choose from. The two types of auctions are:

Consignment Auction. This auction becomes active only when the first bid is placed on your domain name.

Fixed Length Auction. This auction becomes active immediately regardless of activity.

Notes. You must already own the domain name in order to list it for sale. There is no charge to list your domain name, whether it sells or not. If your domain name is sold using our brokerage services, the commission payable is 10% of the sale price.
